Each residence is fitted with a Miele kitchen and laundry, which include wine chillers, ice machines, gas and induction hobs, dishwashers, washing machine, tumble dryer and more. All apartments have exceptional Caribbean Sea views from their vast covered terraces.

Guests benefit from direct access to a magnificent beach, or the infinity pool set in lush tropical gardens, state-of-the-art gym and world class spa, discreet security featuring biometric controls, amplified mobile and wi-fi coverage and a hi-tech safety system.  In addition, there is a yoga room, and qualified therapists are on call to provide massage in the dedicated therapy room.

The Sunset Terrace serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea in the casually elegant surroundings, as well as cocktails at the bar. Guests may request to have their orders delivered to their villa, and can reserve the Sunset Terrace for a private function if desired. All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
